Madeleine Jullian

Madeleine Jullian is a London-based producer, project coordinator and creative practitioner with experience across immersive training, live events, theatre, film, games and digital media.


Her work sits at the intersection of creativity and operations, helping projects move from concept to delivery through strong systems, clear communication and thoughtful coordination. She has managed schedules, logistics, teams, workflows and production processes across a range of fast-moving environments, while maintaining a strong focus on audience experience and creative intent.


Alongside her operational work, Madeleine has produced, edited and contributed to independent creative projects. Her short documentary Very Happy Skater screened at the Fisheye Film Festival and Greenwich Film Festival, where it received the award for Best Editing.


Whether coordinating complex productions, improving internal systems or supporting creative teams, Madeleine is particularly interested in shaping experiences that are engaging, well-crafted and meaningful for the people who encounter them.
